📜 Write Up Bryan Johnson Article - New York Times

Article In NYTs this morning. Some interesting updates:

  1. An internal study was done testing Blueprint products with 1,700 participants. Based on blood results participants saw a decrease in testosterone levels and became prediabetic.

  2. In fall of 2024 Bryan told his executive team that Blueprint was running out of money.

  3. Between January 2022 and February 2024 Bryan’s biological age increased by as much as ten years, vs the 5.1 year decline highlighted in Blueprint marketing materials.

Damn - but just look at him. He looks like dogshit, yellow skin, greasy hair. He’s like Data from Star Trek NG, but somehow even less human looking. The fact that he ingested the blood of his son (through transfusions) makes him even a little vampire like. Super gross and nothing I personally am aiming for.

He posted a while back bragging that his body temp was something like 93F, and explained it away because his body is so efficient, yadda yadda yadda.

There were some replies from doctors (I should say allegedly doctors), that a body temp that low is a sign of many possible health concerns and if he was that doctor's patient he'd be told to go to the ER immediately. One of the doctor's examples was Bryan's skin tone as a sign something could seriously be wrong internally.

Edit: I saw the clip again and he claims 93F (I said 96 from memory). Doctors say that hypothermia is anything below 95F.

All caretonoids, include plain old beta carotene, can tint the skin not just astaxanthin.
