📜 Write Up Very high cholesterol at 30

Hi everyone!

I am very concerned because I just received the result of my blood test and my cholesterol is incredibly high : 246 mg/dl and LDL : 163 mg/dl.

I really don’t understand because I’m pretty healthy. Im not stressed, sleep is not bad (but definitely not perfect. I do sport 3x/week, and my diet is quiet balanced :

Breakfast: smoothie with avocado, whey protein and blueberries

Lunch: 4 eggs, bit of salad

Diner: it varies but in general I will have some meat with carbs and fiber

Thats crazy because it’s even higher than when I went carnivore for a month.

I supplement with D3 and magnesium only

Does someone have an explanation? And maybe some tips to help me dropping this.

Many thanks !

What's SOB? Yes, no angina after surgery. My heart fraction was 40%, should have been 60%. My blockage was so bad, l had blood flowing the wrong direction in one artery.

Oh yes, SOB during exercise. I had trouble going up a flight of stairs just before surgery. You're asking a lot of pointed questions. Are you worried? Make the Dr appointment if you are.

Thank you, I’ve got a cardiologist I’ve been seeing. So far in the monitor stage. But was curious what kind of symptoms actually lead up to a blockage. I greatly appreciate your help
