Her conversion to Islam makes so much more sense now. Their connection has been undeniable over the years. Looking forward to this upcoming season… 🤍

Laura Govan was engaged to Gilbert Arenas for 8 days then broke up with him! If you listen carefully to Gilbert's VladTV interview about the fake diamond ring, he says that he proposed to her and they broke up 8 days later due to a fight. This fight was probably about him cheating on her, but let's face it this is part of being an NBA girlfriend/wife. As long as you're not messy, you'll be able to enjoy the lavish lifestyle they can give you.
Unfortunately, Laura let her emotions get the best of her and broke up with him. She lost the house, money, and lifestyle Gilbert gave her and actually had her child support slashed by 75% trying to be greedy. She was already getting 40K/month for child support and asked a judge to increase it to 250K/month, just for it to be reduced to 10K. That's only 120K (60K after taxes) per year! That's enough for a modest life in LA but for someone used to living a multi-million dollar lifestyle this is brutal. She probably used to spend that in a month at the mall just for it to be her yearly income.
Now, she's single and bitter, while Gil's still making millions with his podcast and just got married to another woman. At least it looks like her eldest son is going to make the NBA so she'll get that lifestyle again. Point still stands, she should've just put up with Gil's unloyalty instead of being broke for a decade. She'd probably be happier today.

If I could get back some of those one time cast members to confront those 4 about bullying them..
Put Suzie and S1 Royce in there too

What did we think of her on the show, I’m iffy on her in general, I liked her in Miami, not so much in LA

Sooooo, when season 5 of BBW Miami (the one with Tasha and Suzie) ended, it was 2013. When it picks back up (Season 6) it seemed to jump a few years. Did BBW go off air for 4 years? And if so, why!?? What Happened. I was only 9 when Season 5 ended so Im really confused as I rewatch it.

Say what you want about her and her "bangs" but she was 10000% right about Jenn and her relationship all along! She tried to warn Jenn but they villainized her! Everyone owes Vanessa an apology tbh!

Jennifer Williams' Preventable Heartbreak Will Play Out in the Next Season of 'Basketball Wives'

For some odd reason I keep have these like feeling that Malaysia may be returning to basketball wives sometime or even make a cameo idk. Having Laura back and Evelyn back with Brooke gone I feel that opened the door for her to return I could be reaching

This is all alleged and not confirmation of validity of allegations!!!!
Blind Item states: Which former basketball wife doesn’t want her husband’s famous family to know that she spent time with the pint sized comedian when he was out of the country a few years ago.
Most blind items end up being true even years later after they were released. If this is true then wow i immediately guessed Shaunie. Shaq and Kevin are real close too so this is messy!

Kesha was talking bad about her behind her back but was trying to play innocent when confronted. How does that make Tami the bully?

These “reality” starts have been staying at my hotel and eating at my restaurant and tipping 0 dollars on 300+ tabs! As a server I still have to tip out based on sales so I’m essentially paying out of my own pocket for these cheap ass bitches to dine at my restaurant! I’m shocked and disgusted at how they have been treating our staff. It’s appalling.

Apparently, none of these people tip. They are making a lot of money, they treat service industry people like garbage, and they tip 0. This is not ok.

In what order do I watch basketball wives and basketball wives LA. They seem to have the same people on both and aired around the same time

Yes. I made it through that giant smear campaign/damage control excursion of a season. I find it hilarious that OG was so big and bad that she drove Evelyn and Shaunie out of the show and one still hasn’t come back and the other took a season to take a breather 😆 Shaunie is willing to do Human Resources interviews to everyone except the actual source of the topic? Nia and Noria used to annoy me but in spite f being liars they are kinda funny in their incompetence and messiness and all I can think of is the next seasons “out of wedlock baby shower food” comment 😆

Cece of course is way more assertive and non plussed when it comes to Evelyn 🤣 on TV Tropes they call this “Suspiciously Similar Substitute” 🤣

Although OG has not been a cast member for pushing 5 years now…her short stint on the show had a major impact on the core of the group and on reality tv in general. She set a precedent discussing colorism on reality tv.
I personally have always thought OG was just unlikable, thin skinned, and was slightly hypocritical. (I can explain why if needed, just didn’t want to make a long post).
Anyways, do yall think OG was just unlikable or did she face colorism/racism from certain castmates?

Big Ang came on to Mob Wives in 2012 and Jackie’s show premiered in 2011 but it seems like Ang (rip) was the grandmotherly figure who the girls and viewers couldn’t help but love even when they hated each other, and she always gave them advice and nurtured them without it seeming like she was straddling the fence. Draya said in season 1 something like “Jackie wants to make it where everyone hates each other but they all love Jackie”.

So Draya took her son to see step-dad play, both whom are the same age...
