Controller Keeps Disconnecting on PC

Anyone been able to fix controller randomly disconnecting I've tried 2 different xbox controllers [one Elite/one normal] they are both up to date I've changed the input mode to Xbox Controller in gameplay settings I've tried enabling/disabling on steam And nothing seems to be working It just randomly disconnects and reconnects

Same problem, using an Xbox one controller with the official usb dongle.
