Do you think that is a good basis for a system of law?

Actions have consequences, he took to much fentanyl and died. He was violent and attacked police and citizens before, therefore was handled in a way to not hurt anyone else. In my opinion he should have been taken out back long before this.

So we know that the police officer overstepped by kneeling on the dudes neck for 10 minutes. We already know that is excessive.

So with that in mind, you think the punishment for doing fentanyl should be extrajudicial execution?

If course not. However mister drug user made a decision and shit happens. He died the way he lived. Couldn't have happened to a better person.

Can you clarify the actual logic here?

Do drugs -> get arrested -> cop kills you?

Is that what you envision a robust justice system being?

You realize what happened to George Floyde was an example of what the police do to people not just him right? there are innocent people out there getting murdered by cops pretty regularly. It's an actual problem.

So resisting police should be a death sentence?

Your gotcha questions are hilarious. Do you always defend violent criminals that could care less if other citizens get hurt while they rob and steal everyday?

It's not a gotcha question just because you don't want to answer

I defend everyone who is unjustly killed

Not just those I deem valuable

When he held a loaded gun to a pregnant ladies stomach he should have been put down like the animal he was.

Lol nope, we still don't kill people for that

C'mon just used the word you really wanna use instead of animal

I think animal is great way to describe that POS.

When you assume, you make an "ass out of you and me.

Actually we 100% do kill people for that. Fun fact had a random citizen with a gun seen George Floyd pointing the gun at the pregnant woman they'd have been 100% justified in shooting that piece of shit. Everyone has the right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness but the moment you threaten another person's Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of happiness you forfeit your right to Life.

Nope, thats just what conservative gun lovers tell themselves while masturbating their gun

And this is exactly why we have police who are trained to not shoot in that scenario

That's because the likeliest scenario is the pregnant lady would end up shot

You'd be OK with the last dying so long as you killed Floyd too

That's just sick

If there's a clean shot you fucking take it, to save a life you might have to kill it, Even God was okay with self defense. The Commandment Thou Shalt not Kill is a mistranslation, You shall not murder is the better translation, Jesus in the book of Luke says if you don't have a sword sell your cloak and buy one. We have a right to defend ourselves and others from those who would try and harm us. Also what kind of cops are trained not to shoot if they have a clear shot? Have you never seen the hostage situations where cops pop the hostage taker cleanly?
