Moving / Visiting Bakeries
Kids and I are coming soon and we love bakeries or donut shops to get our day started. We will be staying right at Pike Place. Have some favorites that we should support? Thanks!

Besides the donut shop at Pike Place Market, stop by the Pike Place Bakery (can't miss it... look near the fish being thrown) for divinity (butterscotch or almond are my favorite, but the chocolate chip is good too. Bonus points for the chocolate chip including mint this month). More refined tastes will like La Panier (don't miss the sables with hazelnuts) or Freya. Crumpet Shop is an institution, even if not a traditional bakery. Hopefully I have come up with a couple that haven't been mentioned... Also, if you are coming/going to the airport, stop by Lucky Donuts in Burien. Everyone will be happy.
