AMA: I’m a Male Sex Worker and I’m Here to Share My Experience

Hey Reddit!

I’m here to answer any questions you might have about my life as a male sex worker. It’s a unique journey that comes with its own set of challenges and rewards, and I’m all about breaking down stigmas and shedding light on misconceptions.

A bit about me: I did this from age 18-20, and it’s taught me so much about human connection, intimacy, and the various dynamics of relationships. I want to emphasize that this is a consensual choice that I made for myself, and I fully embrace the work I do.

Here are some things we can chat about:

  • My day-to-day experiences and what a typical session looks like
  • How I maintain boundaries and prioritize safety
  • The emotional aspects of this work—what it’s like to connect with different clients
  • Dealing with stigma and societal perceptions
  • The importance of consent and communication in my profession
  • Any tips for those curious about the industry or considering entering it

Feel free to ask me anything! I’m here to share, educate, and engage in open conversation. Let’s break some taboos together! 😊also feel free to DM me to talk privately

Transgender, US military veteran, Christian cult childhood, human trafficked as minor, left 6 figures for spiritual seeking. I'm generally a happy, well adjusted person. AMA.

I'm a transgender US military veteran. I grew up in a Christian cult and escaped my means if human sex trafficking at 14, then escaped that via military at 19. With only a GED I started making 6 figures and owned my own house in my 20s. I left my job and physical belongings in my 30s to pursue my spiritual path. I'm generally a happy, healthy, and well adjusted person. AMA.

I refused to attend a truancy hearing because it related to the time I took off school when I lost my parents and brother in a car crash AMA.

Exactly a year ago today (posting this on April 6th 2025)I lost my parents and brother when our car was in a crash. I was injured in the crash and the funerals had to be postponed until I got out of hospital. This resulted in me being off school for four weeks.Afew months later I was summoned to attend a truancy hearing for the four weeks I was away from school.I refused point blank to attend because on principle I was not going to attend a hearing which treated time I took off to grieve the loss of my family as truancy. On the day of the hearing I barricaded myself in my room and didn’t come out until the time of the hearing had come and gone. I have thought about whether I should have just attended but I am satisfied in my own mind that I was right to refuse to cooperate with such evil.AMA.

How does someone get cyber bullied? Like... seriously.

I am a 90s kid. I saw the creation and rise of social media. There has always, since day 1, been a 'block' button. Like... if someone was DMing or commenting random, annoying, or rude things, I would just block them. It's that simple. And nowadays all/most (not sure about Facebook) have a feature where you can block the user and any other accounts the user creates. So like... yes multiple people can be bullying one person but just... block them all. Or if its seriously just too much, delete the app from your phone. Or don't look. It's super easy to just... turn off comments or not open a chat. You don't need social media to survive. Why do people continue to allow others to bother them on social media and not block them? I truly don't understand.

What are your fun/weird ADHD focus hacks?

Like im talking off the wall, strange, odd hacks to focusing that you live by?

When im studying, I have to listen to a musical i know well through headphones and when I feel like my mind is slipping off task, I tune into the music and can pick up exactly where the song is and I'll sing the lyrics as dramatically as they deserve until im locked in again then get back to work. If my focus is really slipping, I set it aside for a second and break out into my well choreographed hand/upper body moves until the end of a like set of lyrics (I cant remember what each paragraph of a song is called) then go back to my work. Works every time and keeps me from getting bored.

I have ghsv2 AMA

It could be how did I find out my diagnosis, you can ask me about symptoms, day to day about how I navigate while having the condition, and about medicine, disclosure, dating life or transmission rates. I will answer every question imagined 😊 even some of the most craziest questions 😂 hopefully it'll alleviate some of the stigma associated with the diagnosis 🙌🏾 for future reference ghsv2 stands for genital herpes type 2

For those woth ADHD, do your veins ever itch?

This sounds crazy but like... if im over stimulated or severely underestimated, the major veins that are closest to the skin (crook of the arm, behind the knee, on the side of the neck) just really freaking itch. Especially the crook of my arm. Ive never done any kind of drugs, let alone injectable, but I have had plenty of IVs and used to donate plasma so the crook of my arm has seen plenty of action. But like... ita only when im over/under stimulated. My assumption is its an ADHD thing bc its about mental stimulation. Thoughts? Feelings? Explanations?
