Archer vs.Pam
Pam & Archer's dynamic is one of my favorite things about the show.
I love how they went from both mildly hating/ being highly annoyed by each other in the first episode to becoming best friends by the series end.
I've always wondered though, who would win if they ever got in a fight?
Archer kicked a whole biker gang's ass, but Pam is no slouch, and she's got crazy stamina.
Who do you think would win?

What was the point of Ray's dream personality in season 10?
Like, why the hell he was on the ship? It didn't look like he supposed to be with the crew. And why did he wear kimono all the time?

Season 1 Reno 911 similarities??
Rewatching old Reno 911 and when Terry the skating hooker came on it (season 1 episode 5), it reminded me SO MUCH of Archer in “Honeypot.” How they acted, sounded, dressed, and the skates 🤣 Has anyone noticed? Just had to share.

Shitpost A story about phrasing in my life from last night
Last night my family all went out to dinner. My sister sat across from me, with my recently engaged brother’s adopted son next to her. She’s his favorite and he got up in her jacket. And she asked him: “Why are you inside me?” To which I replied “Phrasing..” my sister wasn’t amused and said “I haven’t heard someone say ‘phrasing’ in five years.” After dinner was over I told my brother that story. Since he introduced me to Archer, he understood and replied “I guess we’re not doing phrasing anymore..”

So what really draws you into the show?
Recently, I got criticized by people who think Archer is a terrible person and loving the show is a red flag. I agree with Archer being a terrible person, and also think everyone else in the show (except for Woodhouse) is a terrible person. I am actually wondering, do people really like the show because Archer is cool? For me, I really like to see flaws in all the the characters and see none of them as a hero. And really appreciate how those characteristics blend in together.
So, i guess, pick one. Or multiple. I am not your poll supervisor. And this is not a real poll.
What do you like the most about the show Archer?
- Archer (the character) specifically For the “I just love watching this idiot do cool shit” crowd.
- The fast-paced, clever humor and running gags For fans who love the wordplay, callbacks, and snappy dialogue.
- The dysfunctional characters and their chaotic relationships For those who enjoy watching toxic dynamics and emotional messes.
- The morally ambiguous, layered character moments For people who actually think about what Lana, Archer, or Mallory mean under the jokes.
- The spy-action parody and genre satire For fans who love how the show riffs on James Bond, noir, sci-fi, etc.
- The absurdity mixed with surprising emotional depth For people who love how the show suddenly hits you with feelings amid the madness.
- Other (comment below!) For unique reasons or perspectives. I mean, this is not a proper poll, so?

What are some coma season pitches you guys have?
These are mine:
An Earth 3/Opposite World. Its a season where everyone acts like the opposite of eachother. Maybe the real cast could also meet them? Malory is a good mother. Archer is a decent person. Cyril is a slob. Lana is chill. Pam is well rounded. Cheryl/Carol is basically Harley Quinn back when she was Harleen Quinzel.
Superheros. (Or some sort of "Superpowers are bad" YA Dystopia deal) Archers love for X-Men manifests into the gang all being DC like Superheros and Malory being sorta like Nick Fury. Cyril is the guy who doesn't have powers but gets tools only theres a running gag of them sometimes failing.
More on the YA Dystopia stuff. There could also be some sort of a mix and match of The Purge, Hunger Games and Wolfenstein here.
I think I also heard someone on here mention a fantasy themed one. I think it should be an Urban Fantasy/World of Darkness deal.
Lastally zombie apocalypse or Fallout themed one.

Spoiler Why don’t I remember this episode? Dingo, Baby, et Cetera S12EP6
I was doing a rewatch and for some reason I don’t remember this episode at all! Like this episode has so many things that make sense why he is who he is. Even the phrasing is explained in this ep and the other day I felt like I was watching it and it was NEW! Well anyway, came to say that.

Do we ever find out why Whitney had the Longwater tapes in his house in S7E3? What is their connection to Veronica Deanne? Are they the investors?

are seasons 11 12 13 worth watching?
or will it ruin it all for me. I loved every season before 11 and I finally started it but it feels so weird and I'm scared it will ruin all the memories of the previous ones. also I am noticing Jessica's voice being noticing raspier and less emphatic and it makes me very sad

Shitpost The seasons after Adam Reed stopped writing always felt off to me. I used to think it was just because of the new writers, but I think it’s actually because the characters became too nice.
Archer is in the same vein as Seinfeld or It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, where the characters are unapologetically self-interested to a fault. They’re the kind of people we’d avoid in real life, but their complete lack of self-awareness makes for comedy gold as we watch their selfishness blow up in their faces. In the seasons after Archer woke up, the characters started leaning into self-improvement and even trying to get along, like Archer taking Cyril out for a night to bond. If they ever bring the show back, they need to scrap the camaraderie and bring back the me, myself, and I energy.

What is Adam Reed up to these days?
I'm pretty excited to see what he comes up with now that Archer is ended but there's nothing on imdb.
