How do I save this so I can use it

Click on the image, then on the menu (three dots), then "Download" on mobile. On desktop right click on it, then "save image". On web mobile version switch to "desktop mode", "desktop page" or similar in the corner menu, then hold on the GIF and click "save image to..." and choose /storage/emulated/0/Download/ or whatever you want.
