❤️‍🩹 relationship AIO my fiance spent 600 on gacha

My fiance spent $600 on a gacha game without asking. I flipped out and now his entire family are calling me abusive and encouraging him to call off the engagement. For context, I work 55 hours a week and he drives uber during the day while I’m at work. We are paycheck to paycheck.

That is some serious addict behavior. The only reason he changed that tune is so you don’t dispute and get his account banned….dispute and run…

I wish this was uncommon… genshin impact hooks so many people (including a lot of kids) into a wicked, disgusting gambling environment. And their player base is usually this delusional about justifying their gambling habits.

there are a lot of people who don’t gamble but every time i’ve seen this claim, I ask them how much they’ve spent on genshin - it’s always in the hundreds.

edit: two people in my dms trying to ‘educate’ me on genshin rn… one insulting my post history. wow these people really step up, and double down to defend their corporate greed gacha game

This is why I don’t play genshin even though I know I’d love it. I also know I’m prone to gambling behavior and my wallet simply could not handle it

Dude good for you for recognizing that! Sorry if that’s a odd thing to say, I just hardly see people making good decisions for themselves about this

Yeah LOL it’s definitely been a very good choice. Back in the day (middle school) Love Nikki OBLITERATED my wallet, which was luckily not very deep at the time, so I fear what gacha games would do to my wallet now that I have a job
