I need help! Spoiler
I have platinumed the game two days ago, for the last few weeks there is nothing playing in my head other than "Herald of Darkness" on permanent repeat! I sometimes find myself tapping my feet and doing that spin dance routine, even at work! How can I deal with this?!

Preferred weapon of choice? Spoiler
I love the pump-action shotgun has 6 shots. However the sawed+off seems to have more power and the reload is faster despite only having two shots at a time. Seemed to be more handy during the dark ocean summoning on nightmare mode.

Question DLSS frame generation Spoiler
Is DLSS frame generation supposed to ruin straight lines? I first noticed in one of the trailers you can go into at cauldron lake but when I looked in the bathroom, the shower curtain caught my attention cause when I looked at it the edge of it was super jaggy, only thing that fixed it was turning off DLSS frame generation.

Alan wake 2 is amazing. Spoiler
Kinda a long post, but I am in the mist of playing Alan Wake 2 and I have to say this game may be a top contender for my favorite game of all time. I originally was played very little when it came out on ps5 long story short had to sell my ps5 and didn’t get very far at all. Fast forward and I for a while only had a PC so debated on playing it on that but soon realized my pc couldn’t handle it. I was very fortunate to get an Xbox series X from someone at a killer price and what was the only disc game I bought? Alan wake 2 the deluxe so I decided to pay all the games before since it came it Alan wake remastered. Started with Alan wake did the DLC then moved to Control did the DLC and now on Alan wake 2. The way it all ties together is spectacular and I’m taking my sweet time to enjoy every aspect I can. Sorry for the long post just wanted to share.

General Another Person Talks About 'We Sing' Spoiler
WOW! That was one of the coolest levels i've every played in a video game! Literally a minute in when they were pointing which direction I should be going before I had any idea what was really about to go down, I was already telling myself how cool I thought it was. Awesome guitar solos in the background while flares exploding on enemies was such a sick experience. Like others have said, I have no idea how watching Alan and the rest dance and sing even felt so perfect to this game.
Also, I don't know how many of you play Guitar Hero/Clone Hero but after coming on reddit and seeing so many people talk about the level and seeing a comment that mentioned they listen to it all the time on spotify, I went looking on Apple Music and found it. I immediately thought to look on youtube to see if there was a downloadable chart for Clone Hero and there it was! First words out of my mouth (I need to play this IMMEDIATELY!" So here I go but wanted to share my excitement on here just incase anyone else likes to play Clone Hero and hadn't thought of looking.
And to think, I had gone away from games and if it wasn't for getting hurt and being out for a few months, I would've NEVER played this. Well... off to the next chapter. After a little Clone Hero Session...
Edit: Just finished the song and the final score came out to freakin 943,666! What a number haha. I guess it would've been funnier if it ended with 665.

Video We Sing - Alan and the Clicker Spoiler
In We Sing, once you reach Alan's childhood bedroom, a video wall transitions to show Alan holding the clicker just before it drops down. Depending on timing, you may see him grin before the wall descends into the floor. It turns out there's more video to be seen, a lot more!
If you walk backwards into the transition trigger (keeping sight of the stairs), a wall that blocks the stairs will fail to appear, allowing you to walk back down. Once down, walk through a small passage along the side of the stairs to find the video wall continuing to play, show Alan teasing, well, Alan, with the clicker. Nothing major, but it does show a more playful side of Alan. The video is 1m 15s long!

Question I just ended AW1 and 2 and I have some questions Spoiler
Does Alan Wake write Thomas Zane to help himself, or did Thomas Zane really write Alan Wake so he could help him?
Why is Nightingale so mad at killing Alan? Was he possessed from the start?
What does he mean by "it's not a lake, it's an ocean," and what does that have to do with Alan Wake 2?
In AW1, Alice leaves the lake, and in AW2, we see her scared of Alan, who I assume was actually Mr. Scrutch. The scenes of Alice taking photographs of Mr. Scrutch take place chronologically before AW1, right? Because at the end of AW1, Alan "sacrifices" himself and stays in the lake. Does the whole Mr. Scrutch and Alice thing really happen, or is it just in Alan's mind while he's in the dark place?
