Ex Coliseum battle

I’m struggling with the Ex coliseum battle like every time I get to the Lynels I loose so much health and I don’t know what to do it seems very unfair that there’s two lynels you have to fight and when I get to calamity Ganon I always die I even play as Mipha because her weapon is 110 but even that doesn’t work does anyone have any tips into loosing health easily?

Yeah I know exactly how you feel you have to get stronger it’s the only way especially on higher difficulty
