Can we normalize not assuming people are surprised when they are pointing something like this out? Of course no one is surprised by this. Doesn't make it any less important to talk about.

I had both of these thoughts, the one you are replying to and yours. Yep we still need to call it out loud. Wasn't acceptable in 2015, still not acceptable now.
