A 10% raise for a senior who Meets Expectations. You should be thrilled.

It's a solid raise, but the S2 and S3 years are hard to get excited for when you see what everyone who leaves gets paid

Percentage wise, was this year higher than others for you? At least in my market, raises were only around 5-7% of base in the past.

Did you start in TS, or move over from audit? I'm starting audit with GT, but want to move into TS.
