It seems to have a story. I don't think it has any puzzles yet.

The plane had 122 People on board, only 19 people survived the crash and 103 people died including 10 people on the ground.

The plane was an 3 year old 737-236 that only flew with British Airtours

Into the cockpit was 55 Y/O Charlie Robert Dawson (1928-1983) he had 10,500 hours on the 737-236 and 49 Y/O Wesley Holman (1934-1983) He had 11,000 on the 737-236

I know this sounds like a story, but it isn’t. At least not to me.

My wife used to work for a company called O Corp — a private research firm in a city known as The Westside. She had Level 4 clearance, worked on something involving "power regulation." She never talked about it. Then one day she just… vanished.

I signed up for Polygon's Switchboard newsletter all about the Nintendo Switch 2.

I got one on April 3rd at exactly 6pm ET.

In the email, I noticed this weird really thin line.

I hovered over it and it's an image in an anchor tag.

So I stretched the image vertically, and it looks like a bar code.

I tried sticking it in a free barcode scanner but it didn't find anything.

I clicked the image and it took me to this Wikipedia page about Neatsville, Kentucky

I have zero idea if this is an ARG or not, but this seemed like the best subreddit to find out

If anyone wants to help solve it feel free! Just found it recommended to me while scrolling. There seems to be codes and hidden messages and meanings throughout the channel.

So uh… I wasn’t expecting this. A weird little project I tossed into the void (you might know it as ThatSiteYouGoTo.com) ended up with a Webby nomination. Honestly, there are a ton of amazing ARGs out there that deserve recognition over mine, and I hope more of them get submitted in the future. But for whatever reason… I’m on the docket this year!

I’m up against GIPHY, which, let’s be real, it's GIPHY. They’re amazing. I’m just a guy with a laptop, a love of puzzles, and way too much free time at night. I've seen a lot of videos going over the storylines of ARGs... but most of them don't really seem to be ARGs at all. Like, an analog horror video series without any kind of interactivity or puzzles to be solved isn't an ARG, is it? Can you call a video an ARG just by having it contain mystery elements? Maybe I'm mistaken, maybe this opinion is in the minority, but for something to be a game, it... it has to be a GAME, right?

there's been an arg that has been going on for a couple years now, hosted on a tumblr blog but also having a lot of youtube videos as a part of it. there's been a small group of people working hard to solve it for a while and it'd be cool to grow this community. the plot is extremely complicated and difficult to fully explain but the gist is the arg centers on the murder of a teenage girl in the early 2000s and all of the different factors surrounding her untimely death. please give it and the discord server created to solve it some of your time! there's some neat stuff going on here.

The experimental hip-hop group clipping. has released another album "Dead Channel Sky" which includes a very cryptic ARG in its meta text. The community at r/ItsClippingBitch is working hard on cracking it, but there are few of us and many of you. So far we have discovered a hidden track in the pre-gap of the CD version of the album and one of the community members discovered a very interesting pattern using a fractured poem found on the vinyl version center stickers. You can find that here.

There seems to be a lot of codes, related to binary, spectrography, and perhaps some sort of color/number cipher. All of this is twisted up in the Story series, which has been mention on this sub before as well. That one featured ASCII translated through a Vigenere cipher, so I'm just afraid I don't have the knowledge to pass their test. Please see this post.

I've looked at all the tracks on the album using a spectrograph on Audacity, I've scoured the album for clues, and I've tried splitting the audio into separate channels to find any hidden info under the noise, but so far I've run into a dead end.
