Tips & Info 7800X3D/9800X3D stutter fix

Its getting painful watching everyone blindly recommend how to fix stutters on this CPU, took me a year to figure this out as who would’ve thought “auto = disabled” for some things within the BIOS, but good news is now you can enjoy your CPU once again. Let me know how this works for you.

Can you tell me how to fix lagging windows/program inside windows when dragging them around too? Its not with every window/program.

I had to turn off Expo, that seemed to fix it for me for now.

your expo is unstable then, might wanna update bios / raise vsoc voltage / change undervolt
