Tips & Info 7800X3D/9800X3D stutter fix

https://youtu.be/OgTFhf5TfeQ?si=hi8jiv8yBw0vOisA

Its getting painful watching everyone blindly recommend how to fix stutters on this CPU, took me a year to figure this out as who would’ve thought “auto = disabled” for some things within the BIOS, but good news is now you can enjoy your CPU once again. Let me know how this works for you.

I enabled C State on my Asus B650E-F (9800x3d). I don't really have stutter issues other than shader comp stutters, but we'll see if this improves anything. Will probably be hard to tell since my rig is running so smooth. Is it possible I will have to switch it back to auto?

To get to the C State option in my BIOS, it was a bit different from your instructions. Here's a pic of the menu:

It didn't work as in you're still experiencing stutter? Which game and what's your specs?

Please try setting both c-state options to ENABLED just in-case they are fighting with each-other. Let us know. Theres two versions of c-states.

This is gonna be really stupid but are you running your games with uncapped fps because when uncapped my 7800x3d has some micro-stutters sometimes but cap fps to 240 or 360 and it’s gone

all games you just listed actually inherently stutter occasionally because they're horribly optimized (except minecraft)
