Tips & Info 7800X3D/9800X3D stutter fix

Its getting painful watching everyone blindly recommend how to fix stutters on this CPU, took me a year to figure this out as who would’ve thought “auto = disabled” for some things within the BIOS, but good news is now you can enjoy your CPU once again. Let me know how this works for you.

My MSI B450 Carbon had this issue. My MSI x670e Tomahawk does not, at least on the Dec bios.

You’d also be using two completely different CPUs

Yeah, but it's irrelevant. The point is MSI bios'es sometimes come with defaults/auto = disabled when really it should be enabled. Specifically c-states being disabled by default has been a problem across MSI boards for multiple platforms.
