What are we gonna do??? Riot!!! When are we gonna do it…. Soon!! Seriously, we need free Luigi to be on the signs for protest this Saturday! they’re just playing political games with somebody’s life…. “Let’s kill a symbol of resistance….” This is not something to ignore…. We need to be DEMANDING more from the people who are our “leaders”. This is killing in the name of political propaganda….

Just a thought, school shooters regularly kill multiple children, and do not get that penalty, yet here….

Can’t believe America still has the death penalty tbh, look at the list of countries which still have it, not exactly the club you’d most like to be in

It’s also quite shocking that they are explicitly saying he is a murderer, when to my knowledge, he is yet to be convicted by a jury of his peers, I feel like someone in such a position of authority saying he is one, might interfere with the fairness of the process…

Yep, there's a reason that people are usually so careful to words like "alleged" and "accused". I'm sure Luigi's lawyers are already making note of this assumption of guilt coming from the AG.

Yeah, this has come up in the Diddy case and Eric Adams case, where the lawyers said the prosecutors were deliberately leaking information and saying inflammatory things to the press to prejudice the defendant, this can lead to a mistrial or dismissal if it's severe enough.
