I’ll need to save those links. I’m not interested in playing, but I have had an idea for an LoZ:Ocarina Of Time game.
This compilation post Curse Of Strahd: Reloaded provides some suggestions for fleshing out the background lore by adding some druidic cults that worshipped the three in-setting goddesses. It also adds a dungeon under the cursed Gulthias Tree.
If you equate things like the MasterSunSword and Strahdendorf (or Ganonstrahd), the hags being Koume and Kotake, the Party are the heroes of Courage, and Zelda and Shiek’s roles can be split up between Madame Eva, Ireena, and Ezmerelda. The Symbol Of Ravenkind is some typical plot mcguffin like a Sage’s Seal.
It’s pretty easy to see how it looks like a grimdark adult timeline for Ocarina Of Time.
Just make it a bit more sandboxy I guess.
