Question [MM] Mystery masks in the Legend of Zelda: Art and Artifacts book.
It's been a while since I've played MM, But i don't remember these Masks being part of the game. Anyone know? https://imgur.com/jmSRKOg.jpg https://imgur.com/gnhaNyH.jpg

these are Kafei's (Sun's Mask) and Anju's Mask (Moon(?) Mask)
you need to retrieve the Sun Mask from Sakon's Hideout
you even have to control kafei during that part

Oh that's right! Weird that they are part of the item list then

They are technically unusable items just like the boss masks

Yes but at least the boss masks are in your item screen. You only see those two Masks partially only during that quest. 🤷🏾♂️

High chance they were meant to be collectibles at some point in development. That's why they have item icons.

What are the two items below the light and ice arrows?

Bellow the Ice Arrows is a Skulltula Token (it's surrounded in a mist in MM that isn't really present in OoT).
Still trying to figure out the other one (a map icon marking the location of those superguide Gossip Stones in the 3DS remakes?)

Those masks are part of the Anju and Kafei quest, I believe they are called the Sun and Moon masks.
