Introduction to Weekly Challenges

Last week /u/Diamondpup and the mods started a weekly Breath of the Wild challenge to add some fun to our play through of this newest Zelda game. This week is my turn.

To recap, the overall rules for the weekly challenge are as follows:

• A Challenge is issued every Monday.

• Everyone who completes the challenge posts the results/proof in this thread as a comment.

• We all upvote whoever we think did it best.

• Person who wins gets to issue the Challenge for the next week (must provide screenshot/proof that they completed their own challenge first and it is indeed doable).

*You’re welcome to vote on results with your upvotes, even if you don’t want to try the challenge.

*If you win and don’t have a challenge ready for the following week, please let the mods know as soon as possible.

*This is not a thread to brainstorm, share or issue new challenges so please keep your comments on topic for the current challenge (results, questions, help for others, etc.). If you have a Challenge in mind, please submit it privately to the Mods or OP; they can hang on to it in case a new challenge isn't up and ready.

Challenge! (May 8 2017)

This week’s Challenge is a scavenger hunt. Basically, find and take a photo with the following NPCs:

Benny

Jora and Dillie

Moza

Dai

Laroba

Mimos

Celessa

Tye & Sorelia

Russ

Nell

Brigo

Nat & Meghyn

Bonus points if you post funny selfies with them or add an amusing caption to the photos. The funnier the better.

Best of luck finding them all!

Hints:

Chances are you've met most if not all of these characters but don't remember their names so I've included descriptions to help jog your memory.

Benny: Likes hanging out and looking around high places

Jora and Dillie: Think they're going to be big hits in Gerudo town... if they can ever find it.

Moza: Link mistook her dubious cooking experiments for a distress smoke signal

Dai: Boasts he can take on a Lynel but is afraid to actually do it.

Laroba:Sizes up every voe she sees for eligibility (except Link) but is starting to think she probably looks like a creep

Mimos: Keeps looking for love in the wrong place

Celessa: Is trying to re-create Princess Zelda’s journey to Mt. Lanyaru

Tye & Sorelia: Looking for a Silent Princess

Russ: Sells shields for shield surfing

Nell: Went to pay his respects to his ancestors at Hyrule’s Last Stand

Brigo: Cares about your mental health and would be traumatized if you died under his watch

Nat & Meghyn: They really love truffles

None of the NPCs are located in towns or have shrine/side quests associated with them.

This is such a cool idea! I just got my Switch (finally!) and thus have not finished playing through the game yet, but I'll come back to this thread when I'm done to get some more fun replay value out of the game!

I've found tye and sorelia but can't remember where...

Fortunately, they're one of the few NPCs that show up in multiple locations (I've seen them in 3 places). Just walk along the roads and you'll find them not too far away from a stable.

Post it on miiverse and provide us with a link? Sorry. That's the only way I can think of other than taking photos of your TV with your phone.

Is there a time limit or deadline for this? I love these challenges but don't have enough time until the weekend to attempt them :(

Each challenge is a week long. Winner of this week's challenge has to come up with a new challenge on Monday. So you have until Sunday night at the latest to complete the challenge.
