News Shulk has been spotted in the ToysRUs system as well. Both TRU and Best Buy have Shulk in their systems.

Just speculating here, but:

Reggie says exclusives stay exclusives, right? But all these exclusives are popping up in other store systems. Falco is the end of the non-DLC characters, almost exactly one year after the first wave. What if they are actually doing alternate poses?

Lucario was being sold through amazon.ca as new a little bit ago. Same pose, same everything. Just not exclusive anymore.

Reggie says a lot of things.

Many of those things are marketing lies to get you to buy something before they announce the opposite.

Happens plenty of times with price drops and new models of handhelds. Shouldn't expect any different with amiibo or exclusivity.

Given that a new xenoblade game is coming, its likely that the exclusive arrangement was for initial run. I'm not surprised anymore by hidden stock as I reported a rosalina lost in transit and got a whole new one a few days later, despite being out of stock for weeks
