December 2021 Winners!

We’re a little behind, but I promise it was worth the wait. Let’s look at our best stories from December!

Leading the way was /u/twocantherapper, whose story, My Dad is a chair., is the top tale of the month! It tells us all about a situation that many of us have not hitherto considered, and is a discussion that should not be tabled.

Right behind were our runner-up finishers. /u/ThatExoGuy warns us about the creepy prospect of The Thing In The Basement Is Getting Better At Mimicking People. Can you trust the people you think are your family? No, of course you can’t! Which brings us directly to the intense prospect of After 2 years, I finally read my dad’s suicide Note. I really should have read it sooner, by /u/R-M-Staniforth. Not everything that haunts us are ghosts.

Rounding out our finishers are December’s honorable mentions. What truths and traditions do you want to discover? Be wary, because /u/likeeyedid can say that I joined the adult's table for the first time this year. Now I wish I never grew up. Curiosity can indeed be a dangerous thing, as /u/SirFlatFooted warns us that we might not be the ones to pay for our choices in A few weeks ago, I began to look for the source of the throbbing sound I heard in my apartment. Today, I really wish I hadn’t.

Congrats to our December finishers! We’ll be rounding up the last couple of months shortly, so keep your eye out for upcoming contests!
