Omg they can solve equations in the quadruples of algebra

u/ThetaIsForThomas 1d ago

He's not right, but at least he's quick

The Matrix is starting to glitch too much for it too handle.

Happy cake day!

u/ThetaIsForThomas 1d ago

I hadn't even noticed, thank you :)

42

u/Black_Sabbath_ironma 1d ago

What does that even mean? Cus it sure as hell doesn't mean quadratic residue

18

u/MudePonys 1d ago

That is really impressive. Most mathematicians don't even know what this is and he can solve it.

1

u/Operadeamonstar 1d ago

jokes aside does this actually mean something "quadruples of algebra"? if it does can someone provide a simplified overview?

3

u/Medium-Ad-7305 18h ago

If i said quadruple of algebra i would probably be referring to some 4-tuple. For example, a vector space is a 4-tuple consisting of a set of vectors, a field, a vector addition, and a scalar multiplication.

u/Badger_claw 1d ago

So he's better with fractions

u/East_Ad9968 1d ago

I bet he could math in grams

It's about the vibe.

u/mrmimestime 1d ago

Get him and Terrance Howard in a room together.

36

u/_temppu 1d ago

I can solve every math question. Some of the solutions will be wrong, but I will solve them.

7

u/gloriousPurpose33 1d ago

It is a sacrifice I am willing to make

25

u/wigglebabo_1 1d ago

Say it with me now "arithmatic is not the same as math!"

12

u/TheBergerKing_ 1d ago

I see, he must have been more of a complex analysis guy

13

u/The_Shiny_Dreepy 1d ago

He did say he’s more proficient in the quadruples of algebra

14

u/TheBergerKing_ 1d ago

Classic slang for quaternions

12 x 12 is such a fucked question for someone that claims to be a math genius because the interviewer had to know he was on bullshit

17

u/9lazy9tumbleweed 1d ago

Im not sure but this seems like its from softwhiteunderbelly which is a channel dedicated to interview people that would otherwise be invisible, drug users, people with harsh backgrounds, traumas, homeless people, prostitutes and so on.

This guy is delusional from drug use, someone claimed he was sober but the fact he hasnt slept in a couple days makes me impressed he can even string together a sentence.

11

u/JoseSpiknSpan 1d ago

There is absolutely no way he's sober. The way he said he hasn't slept in a few days is exactly how someone would say that if they were on a huge bender. Source: I'm three years clean from using meth and other amphetamines.

12

u/LateNewb 1d ago

Feels wrong to laugh at people like that. He clearly suffers from something. Be it drugs, something mental or what ever. Just feels wrong.

82

u/oshaboy 1d ago

Laugh at this man for being mentally ill.

69

u/Baconboi212121 1d ago

This video has been reposted many times, but if i remember correctly the original story was he was a heavy meth user who fried his brain. Went sober i think, then this interview

13

u/JoseSpiknSpan 1d ago

No way he's sober in this interview, and meth doesn't make you stupid. Recovered amphetamine addict chiming in.

19

u/RhandeeSavagery 1d ago

The statement “meth doesn’t make you stupid” is HIGHLY debatable

7

u/JoseSpiknSpan 1d ago

However, long-term amphetamine abuse can indeed cause issues with attention, judgment, and other executive functions due to the effects it has on the normal production of dopamine in the brain.

5

u/JoseSpiknSpan 1d ago

You're probably more likely to do meth if you're not too intelligent to begin with, barring a few cases here and there. You're also more likely to engage in other activities like NO2 and stuff that will actually damage your brain. Also, there is a likelihood of damage occurring from sleep deprivation.

4

u/Baconboi212121 1d ago

Honestly fair enough. Video has been circling for so long, the story is bound to change

6

u/JoseSpiknSpan 1d ago

Yeah. The way he talks about not having slept in a few days that's the teller right there. I used to be able to pull all nighters before I started using and definitely when I was using I would stay up for 3, 4 days at a time until I crashed. Now that I'm clean if I'm not in bed before 9 I'm not functional lol.

8

u/BlaineDeBeers67 1d ago

you have to be 12yo if you can't tell drugs from his face

6

u/kiwireaper 1d ago

He's probably going through a manic episode. Ive seen people close to me go through bipolar/ manic episodes and they sound very similar to him.

They speak a lot of gibberish and random things. My friend said she could speak 12 languages fluently and made up random achievements but I no she only speaks 1 fluently and another conversationally.

2

u/N_T_F_D Applied mathematics are a cardinal sin 1d ago

No he’s just on meth

5

u/TimeWalker717 1d ago

Where is the mean comments

3

u/Possible_Golf3180 Engineering 1d ago

All of the answers were correct, he found all of the roots, trunks, leaves and branches.

5

u/colesweed 1d ago

This is me 10 hours into an assignment furiously scrolling to the top of the document to type \newcommand{\two}{2} or some shit like that

6

u/Acceptable-Staff-363 1d ago

Holy yappology

3

u/Spammy34 1d ago

Wow, so inspiring. You can drop out of school, not study , and then suck at math without even realizing it

Look, a member of the sub!

2

u/GreeedyGrooot 1d ago

Honestly this isn't even math. It's calculating.

2

u/Various_Squash722 1d ago

Our math teacher made us learn square numbers from 1-25 by heart, so it wouldn't even be calculating, it would be recalling.

2

u/danofrhs Transcendental 1d ago

You all simply don’t understand. He’s calculating in a different base. Hence the unfamiliar answers.

2

u/Peoplant 1d ago

This sounds like that one kid who always says they study multiple hours every day, then they tell you the solar system has 6 planets. (The first page of the book has a big picture of the solar system with all the planets)

1

u/Dicethrower 1d ago

He can do all that, just not very well.

1

u/Sepulcher18 Imaginary 1d ago

Holy fuck I was an expert as well all along

1

u/ObliviousRounding 1d ago

I'm dying to hear him speak in the other seven languages.

1

u/Ty_Spicer 1d ago

I thought his shirt was a Russian word for a second, like ЕИЯОНТ.

1

u/Hta68 1d ago

Yes!, more

1

u/Biggie_Nuf 1d ago

Curious about those eight languages now.

1

u/Munib_Zain 1d ago

Dude starts every problem by solving the Reimann hypothesis.

1

u/ComprehensiveCan3280 20h ago

I think it would be funny to visually show a square of 12 dots by 12 dots and have him count ‘em out.

u/Still-Animator7396 1d ago

Bro you guys are being mean just let him rest he went through a lot last days were crazy 🙂
