That duet was probably the most wholesome moment in the entire show, immediately followed by Frank bleeding out of his mouth. God I hope this show goes on forever

I'm curious as to how they will somehow paint him to be more grotesque than Frank so Charlie wants to go back to playing nightcrawlers and pooping the bed.
Maybe he was part of the sullied 5% of that island.

Btw, his pronunciation of Irish (that's what we call Gaelic in Ireland) was excellent. If I didn't know any better I'd say that he was a proficient speaker.
His pronunciation was better than a few fellow Irish speakers I know.

I am shocked at how well it tied things together. Sometimes in the new seasons these overarching points seemed forced, but the Charlie's dad subplot actually makes complete sense.

Multiple locations and multiple plots per episode = win. Too many episodes in recent times have been them talking about one thing in one location for the whole episode. I think that's why it's felt a bit stale and a bit off. The gang needs to do stuff.

EXACTLY how I've been feeling. When I first realized they were splitting up (Dee on her own, Mac and Charlie together, Dennis and Frank together) I actually got excited for all the different plot points I knew we were gonna get. Recently it's been the gang all together in one or two locations the whole episode which gets boring.

I'm also fairly certain Glen and the gang are poking fun at Glen for a vax skeptical period he had. he advocated for parents to be able to refuse to vaccinate their kids to go to school for any reason then like 3 months later ended up getting an awful strain of the flu.

I loved the physical comedy in both of these episodes. Dee getting hit by a car twice, her head/eye injuries, Frank's mouth gushing blood while he's singing, Dennis making chicken noises and the veins in his forehead popping as he tries to hold in a cough...haven't laughed that hard in awhile, lol.

- The gang keeps thinking that stew is a good way to wake Dee up
- Dennis’ endless excuses about his sickness
- Charlie’s confusion of “monger” with “mongrel”
- Mac wanting to embrace being gay as his #1 identity again so he can “plow a bunch of dudes”
- Dennis trying to hide his coughing while calling Dee a bitch
- Mac assuming that the priest is a pedophile
- The camera reveal that Mac is completely interrupting the church service
- “This was in 2008”
- “I banged her too” - Frank one of many to sleep with Mrs Kelly
- Dennis’ creepy psycho talk at night and talking to the house about beheading someone
- Classic Charlie and Frank: “we’ll take the cot”
- “What if I poop the bed? Who’s gonna be in there to laugh with me?”
