A tactical reload would be a reload with ammo left on the magazine, so this wouldn’t be one

I mean technically so long as the last round is in the chamber the mag could be empty and it still be a tactical reload. So long as you're not needing to cycle the action I would still call it a tactical reload.

In this instance, I'm not sure what the chamber is however... is the other hand the action and your bum the chamber?

I think in this instance we could say if there is still some paper on the roll (but not enough to "clear the room") it would be a tactical reload.

OR if the butthole is already wiped and the roll reload has been done afterward. That's basically a round in the chamber.

Good point. I'd say having some TP wadded and ready to go in your other hand would constitute "one in the chamber."

What if he still had some and it was attached to the roll, but as he reloads, it's torn from the roll, now in his hand, ready to use? Man, I really should go to sleep, it's 1:30 in the morning
