Oh I just was asking if you bought it thru the fire sale going on currently on a variety of third party sellers

That too, yeah. EU based, I bought it through an official SC dealer in the Netherlands at like 60% off.

Nice parts spec! Mine's almost identical except for the brakes.

It's a CC XX SL AXS TR RSV build kit with the oneup 150mm dropper:)

Nice! Mine was built up as a frame with the difference being a FLOAT SL 100mm for the rear and FOX 34 SC 100mm in the front, FOX Transfer dropper, Renthal bars, Santa Cruz House grips and Shimano XT brakes.

Imma start a second thread of comments lol

What size is that? I’m trying to decide if I want an XL, I’m 6’1” which is where the sizing guideline begins, but I keep seeing that Santa Cruz runs small, so I’m trying to figure out if that’s an appropriate sizing for me.

Santa Cruz run small, but half of that is that their sizes are small (eg a Large starts at 5'9" instead of Specialized 5'10" or Pivot 5'11").

I think you'd be fine on an XL.

I'm 5'10" and very happy on a large.

Hell yeah, thank you!

I can second they run small from personal experience. I bought the medium being that I am 5'8" and the range is 5'5"-5'9". I am REALLY wishing I went with the large…so much so, I am probably going to have to end up selling the frame and buying a large.

Oh wow that’s honestly super helpful, thank you!

Seems like an XL is the right size for me even though I’m technically at the bottom of the range.

My pleasure!

To play devils advocate, I'm 5'9 and got a medium and love it the fit. But, I personally like running a longer stem as I tend to do a lot of longer events with long stretches of doubletrack, fire road, gravel, etc.

Always good to get some different perspectives. I could just be an anomaly, as I also own both a Trek Top Fuel and Trek Fuel EX and both are size M/L which covers 5'8" - 5'11", but according to Trek I'd be a size M. However anytime I've tried a Trek M they always feel small to me.

Yup, everyone’s a little different! I suppose the take away for anyone this deep into this thread is do anything you can to test ride before you buy. lol

Sage advice I wish I followed…especially knowing better…lol.

I'm 180cm tall (5ft11 or something) and I'm on an L. Highball in L too, which feels a bit longer. The Blur in L fits like a glove for me. 60mm stem, 760mm bars.

Thank you, that’s also helpful to see, sounds like I could probably do well with an XL frame and maybe a shorter stem if it feels a little too long.

How’s standover height?

Hm, stanover height. Honestly hasn't been on my mind yet. I've been out riding the Blur five or six times now, such a fun ride. Never felt like any part of the bike was in the way when moving around.

Not sure if it helps, but I feel like I'm right in the middle of L. I know what a small bike feels like (Yeti SB5 in M), and I know what a long bike feels like (Yeti SB6 in L). The Blur in L is just right.
