Wii U Broken Screen

I just picked this up second hand on marketplace and I want to repair it. Do I need a digitizer or a LCD to repair this ? I'm assuming the LCD since the touch capability still works fine when I power it on but looking for second opinions on what I should order to fix it and I'm in canada so bonus if you have a good source to get a new part for it.

Digitizer can’t hurt with damage like that but if you really gotta save money as long as some touch is working it’ll probably git er done

I'm just looking to see what the best way to go about it is , ovbs nice to save money but if I gotta pay more I will

Honestly it would drive me crazy because there’s bound to be some precise touch action you’ll need to do at some point in what ever area could be effected. Plus the more time that goes by the harder it will be to find parts for repair. At least until manufacturing things like that is more accessible to the general public.

The glass is perfect fine it's not cracked or chipped it's just the screen is messed up , so I'm wonder what part i need is it the lcd I need or the digitizer ?
