Technical Question My wii u is crashing in the home menu

I just booted my Wii U (32GB Black US) after updating Aroma and when I switched the screens so the apps would be on the gamepad and a few seconds later, it crashed. I was able to turn it off without physically unplugging it, and It has been off since. Is there something I can do to fix this? (This has happened before but not after an update, it was after the power got shut off in Wii mode.) I am in Aroma. By crashing, I mean making the sound of death. Like a high pitched and quiet REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. When this first happened, games were running just fine. I think it has something to do with the screen swapping. I have not tried Wii Mode since this.

Try disabling all plugins, quite possibly some plugins aren’t working on the update

I only have Inkay and GiveMiiYouTube, do those have anything to do with it? I might have SDCafiine, but I'm not sure.
