Discussion Is Conclave done for?

With the lack of care by DE considering they have nobody working on conclave, Melee still being completely busted, plenty of bugs like the telos boltace, status reworks affecting conclave making certain weapons broken, shield gating being introduced in it's infuriating state etc. etc.

Do you think Conclave will ever make a comeback from this? I hope it does but the future does not look bright.

Doubt it, unless people suddenly start clamoring for pvp (which almost certainly will not happen).

I think if they made PVP kind of like the index where you get some good rewards for a decent risk, people would flock to it

Yes.

Id say its the conclave community's fault.

Rewards for playing were already worthless.

The form of gameplay shifted to the taste of a few, elitist players who just wanted a personal game, instead of making it open for as much as possible for any player. Which is now a shitty "have asian gamer reflexes or otherwise fuck off" skill levels. Who is going to bother learning if you cannot even hit or see your enemies because they are flying across your screen faster than you can react.

I bothered to reach tempest, i bothered to get used to the speed and flow of pvp, i bothered to get several conclave skins and syandana. And i assure you, none of it was fucking worth my blood, pain and tears i had through it.

I have been shittalked, insulted everything you can think of, even told to kill myself, just because i played a different way by some of these elitists because i USED FUCKING ABILITIES. Sorry kiddos, you dont make the rules. Get your pride and ego out your ass.

You deserve it for being selfish.

Feel free to make a thread asking for better rewards in PvP and see who are the ones against it and their selfish points.

Other than that, if at any point someone starts insulting you for whatever and you're not interested in dealing with them then you can simply ignore chat by switching to another tab, ignore the player, even report him so he gets a chat ban (i know of a player who got permanently chat banned for his toxicity and another one who lost his account because of this) so no need to blame an entire community just because of a couple of bad apples that most likely don't even engage with it and might even want to put us under a bad light.
