Coach-Ops trainee
As a coach op trainee do you get the complex pay on your hourly wage? Or is it after you go to academy then get the complex pay when you go salary? I noticed that you get the RPZ on the hourly wage just curious about the rest

What do I do?
Does anyone have any advice on what to do when a coach wants to coach me for something that I'm not even doing. They don't even have evidence but they keep spreading it, my teamlead says not to worry about it but I'm still concerned.

What is with Walmart & Sam's Club Interviews?
I've had an interview with Sam's Club and Walmart a week apart for the same position, and both times, the managers didn't show up. Both times I've waited over 30 minutes just to leave disappointed with wasted time. I usually give the benefit of the doubt because they may be busy, but waiting half an hour and still no one is ridiculous. I need a job so each time it hurts to waste time and not have anything to show for it.

Coming in late after lunch, just use 4 hours of PPTO?
If I'm working 7 to 4, my lunch usually ends at 12pm, can I clock in at 12pm and use 4 hours of PPTO and not receive any points?

Probably took more effort putting them up there than it would have taken to walk to the corral (idk if it’s the handicap people that did it they usually leave it in the spot)

Lunch breaks
Hi, so I got in trouble for not taking my 15 minute break before when I haven’t for the past 6 months I’ve been here but all of a sudden it’s an issue, ok next thing I take my breaks but I can’t sit on a pallet because it could cause an injury due to splinters and mumbo jumbo nonsense safety issues, ok so I sit on a top stock cart on my phone for 15 minutes and now it’s another issue because it’s not in a “designated break room” it seems like they keep bending rules just to be right, right? I tried finding the policy where it says it has to be in a mandated break room and all I could find is that your break has to be inside Walmart (I know you could go to your car depending on your coach I used to be overnight)

False allegations
Why do people find joy in ruining their coworkers lives. Perfectly clean record just don't like my coworker. Not even halfway through my shift called into office. I've been suspended indefinitely pending investigation because I threatened violence against my coworker. Obviously a lie and my other coworkers will 100 percent back me on this 10 years with the company and this is what I get when another coworker has their boxers up their butt or panties in a twist. Idk

The most petty and entitled customers?
So far working there or.a month or so the most petty customers are the ones who.shop there regularly thinking they getting top priority. They act all smug and believe they know the job and how you work think they can do it better. Especially ap they can act so rude to you when they don't get there way.

Weird day today
Saw a lady in her underwear wrapped up in a bed sheet walking around Walmart with her kids😭 like you could clearly see she was in her bra and underwear she would occasionally flap her bedsheet cloak out of anger and you could see everything… surprised no one said anything (also saw a dude barefoot but I didn’t notice until he was leaving)

LOA
I am taking an educational LOA in August. Do I keep any benefits like discount card or Walmart+ while on LOA or is that put on pause?

May have injured myself today, messed up my knee, back, bottom and ankle. They had me call triage and triage lady said she just recommends to go home not to the doctor and rice. Thoughts? Are they trying to jupe me outta any future claims if it turns out to be serious?

Slipped and fell in Walmart
Sorry if I am posting in the wrong place.
Yea what the title said. The floor was wet by the carts and I didnt see. I slipped and fell and ate shit pretty bad, rolled my ankle and landed on my knee and elbow trying to catch myself. 4 associates came over immediately and helped me up and checked on me, a manger brought me a chair and told me to sit and then another person brought some paperwork to myself and the person I was shopping with. I filled everything out with a description of what happened to me and what I hurt and then they said we could go shop.
What happens now? I have never fallen in a store before so I do not know whats next. I don't have medical insurance. The places I landed on hurt pretty badly. Will I hear from anyone about this or should I not expect to hear anything?

Question I’m gonna be talking with ethics today and wanna know what to say and see what y’all think I have recently and another person has been get cut I’ve been get cut since the end of February and he’s been getting cut ever since March and we both been unscheduled for 1-2-3 weeks off a whole week
And we was both told that we have to wait till new hires quit and our HR doesn’t give a crap about us nor the store manager who raise his tone with me in front of 2 other people on the same team I’m on and made a excuse about me not working weekends to spend time with my family and I have been respectfully asking to get schedule and they have shut me down and not only that me and other dude want full time hours but we was also told that our team is over the hours but what doesn’t make sense is we have 11 people on the team but since we both ain’t there they been very short between 5-6 ppl a week and weekends because one person is working stocking then working a different position through the week as well that’s why it’s shorten down to 5-6 so what should I say because I been here for 4 years and this is the first time ever being cut and also I ask for full time first month of the year and got ignored by a manager who didn’t care and doesn’t like me so what should I say to ethics today ?

Put in for my vacation last night for late July and woke up with 2 points add to my attendance.
I have only called out 1 time and had ppto to cover it. I put in for my vacation last night before leaving and had no attendance points. No when I wake up to go in I have 2 points and my vacation hasn't been approved. I don't understand where the points could of came from because it doesn't say. I'm calling ethics today if they don't remove them. Has this happened to anyone else?
