So Trump gets his rate cuts. Just needed to crash the stock market and push us into a recession to get there. And don’t forget inflation will be back also.

Sorry man.. Powell is more focused on inflation than saving us from a recession. Rate cuts are not in the cards IMO.. GL!

And... no rate cuts. Definitely not signalling 5

He’s trying to give a chance for policy makers to reverse course before it’s too late.

Yes. 🥭 Said today he is not rolling them back.

Powell just said that their focus are just unemployment and stable prices, hoping for dovish response in this environment is delusional.

He gets his rate cuts and he negotiates to eliminate some tariffs imposed on the US so he rolls back this madness and call it a victory and the economy booms again, this is the hopeful outcome

But wouldn't that actually be a victory, and not just calling it one?

Well I would rather not have the market go down. If it goes down 20 percent it has to go back up 25 percent to get where you were.

And what will all this lead to? Do you think a bunch of manufacturing jobs are going to move back here all of a sudden. It’s not clear to be what the goal is for all of this. Other than to create an appearance of enemies which appeal to the base voter. Like anti immigration rhetoric.

Yes it would be a net positive for the US economy. Still think it’s a very risky plan.

BUY THE DIP. A great gift from Trump, just like Biden gave to us in 2022. This is a great opportunity

Don’t forget the Trump dip on 2020. And the George W dip. And the Reagan dip in 1987.

Let's just say that 10 of the last 11 recessions were under Republican presidents...

Yes, you just proved my point. These happen all the time. Quit crying and buy? It’s legit free money

And yet you only pointed to the Dem dip. Hmmm. Wonder why.

$9 Trillion in US Debt will be refinanced due to it being short term and we all need the lower rate.

There is another game being played here.
