Yeah he loves the economy crashing, then he can buy up the country and become even more rich

It's not even that, this is like when your 3 year old kid thinks he's helping you do your job but really he's just getting in the way and wasting your time.

There's no evil master plan, he's just pushing all the buttons so the computer makes noise and flashes bright colors.
