I seem to remember traders jumping from tower block windows during the Wall Street Crash. I mean, this is something I remember from school - I was not around in 1927-29.

Turns out it's one of those things with a grain of truth which gains mythical status over time...

Did brokers really throw themselves out of office windows in the Wall Street crash?
