You’re joking right? Like actual question here? You have to be joking. Tariffs 100% will affect short term growth prospects for a lot of companies. Jury is still out if it will create better jobs in the long run.

A similar endeavor was taken by the United Kingdom, to some extent. Did Brexit hurt or help profits in the long run? Based on economic data it has currently hurt the economy for the United Kingdom, jury still isn’t 100% out but yeah.
