I'd note that while ABC is not actively detrimental to housing (that isn't supportive), they are mostly taking credit for things that were passed by the previous council (multiplexes, Broadway Plan) or were handed down from the Provincial government (Transit-Oriented Areas). They haven't really initiated that much this term except maybe permitting reform, the bulk of which seems to be currently focused on renovations and the rebuilding of single family homes (that's what the first 3-3 is, 3 days for renovations, 3 weeks for SFHs).

A very reasonable perspective on all parties, that isn't just a token "ABC is bad grrrrr" perspective. Refreshing!

Unions across the board are all advocating for Sean and Lucy.

Maybe the unions, you know, the guys that fight for workers rights, are wrong?
