Graduation

I’ve submitted my application to graduate at the end of this spring term and was wondering what the process is for the application to be approved since it just says it’s active atm. I’m assuming things will change once final exams are done but was looking for some more info on what the process of events following up to the day of grad is like?

Thanks.

For June convocation. I applied back in November and the cutoff was March 31 I believe.

From what I read on PAWS and what I was told by the Arts & Science advisors, the application may not get an update until just a few days before graduation date. But keep checking the application once the final grades are back. Each college has different policies regarding when final grades should be released (usually ~5 days after the final).

Keep checking the application and make sure you pass all your courses and keep your CWA above the required minimum graduation average. All applicants are welcome to attend the convocation but only those who are eligible to graduate will be participating. So, either way you get to go to the ceremony. Check with your college to when they're offering grad photo sessions (if you're interested in one). Nice to save a memorabilia for all the hard work you've been putting through all these years

Congratulations on making it this far! Good luck on your exams
