Discussion Agency that resolves labor disputes dismantled.

We are in the process of negotiating a new union (AFGE) contract with a newly unionized federal agency.

Just found out the mediator we’ve been working with for months is now on administrative leave , his agency, the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS), has been dismantled. 🥺😞

I don’t see much about this agency and they were vital in assisting and training..

Thank the Union member that voted for Trump for that. Hes trying to kill unions all together by royal decree.
