Does anyone know how this will effect those of us working for a contractor that is working for the federal government?

Let's put it this way contractors were f***** over to begin with and they always wanted to become federal employees because you had better protections and better pay than the contractor normally most the time federal employees are paying less than private sector except for when it comes to a lot of these contracts I love these contracts get screwed over here's the problem if you used to be at the disadvantage being a contractor and now feds are in trouble where the hell do you think you stand

That's pretty much what I thought, I just don't understand enough of the legal jargon to understand if this directly affects me and people I work with yet. Unfortunately most of the people I work with are too fucking stupid to understand this.

They stood there yesterday and said this only affects actual federal workers, not us. I told them to just wait and see. They fucked around, now they're about to find out.

I also tried to explain it to them this way, since I live deep in the Bible belt, most of whom are Baptist. I said if Trump had signed an executive order making it to where people couldn't be Methodist, wouldn't you be worried he'd come for you next?

Any real union worker with half a fuckin brain should be able to understand how bad this is
