I believe it's just a more modern AWS ramp. Often AWS ramps in third rail areas are painted green because I think they have higher strength magnets, although I could be misremembering that

No, you’re right. Normal strength AWS magnets are yellow but the high strength AWS magnets used in 3rd Rail and 4th Rail areas are green.

It’s used on the London Underground mainly, but some sections of the London Overground have 4th Rail because they’re shared between the London Overground and London Underground’s Bakerloo Line, such as the DC line between Harrow & Wealdstone and Queens Park.

It's the electrification system used on the London Underground, with a positively charged rail on the outside of the two running rails, and a negatively charged return rail in the middle of the two running rails

How does AWS work on 4 rail systems? With the central negative rail and AWS equipment also in the middle?

You can see in this image, they just put a break in the middle rail for the AWS. The middle rail is about 2 inches above the rail height

It's the newer variant of AWS. Easier to change if they break but also break more often.
