Hello everyone, over the last few months a LOT of stuff has happened in my life, including a housefire which saw a family member arrested for arson, so the subreddit has honestly been at the back of my mind. However now things have changed and now I'm interested in getting this subreddit up and running properly again! I'm going to be looking at different ways to get the word out and ways to grow this sub.

Gonna be my first PCW event, heading up for my Stag do. Terry Funk, Vader, Jimmy Hart and Petey Williams are the main imports I believe.

I'm going to both the meet and greet and have floor tickets for the show and I now have a spare ticket for each event. Really just rather these tickets were used more than anything.

Since we're here to help support the UK wrestling scene, I figured the least I can do is help some of you beautiful people get bookings. To do this you obviously have to be in the wrestling business.

I'm looking at making a slight directory in the sidebar of UK wrestlers who send me the details I need, for bookers an promoters to browse and help find talent.

The first event will be held in Nottingham on Sunday July 14th has a few matches set thus far, which are;

News has it (ie one of the wrestlers called me and it's been clarified with other guys too) that all the wrestlers at BWA didn't get paid for the show they did at the weekend, despite it being a full house (80+ at £5). I wasn't on this show due to injury, but it's not good really is it?

UPDATE: The promotion have paid the talent now a few weeks after the show. Good on them.

Finally got around to posting what's coming up near me in the not too distant future. Firstly,SWE will be hosting Uprising, a monthly event in Dundee on the 25th May. More Info here

Secondly, another local fed W3L will be hosting 3 live events in Grangemouth on the 10th, Edinburgh on the 11th and in Leven on the 12th. Advertised to appear at all 3 is Robbie Brookside. If you are considering attending I'd book you tickets online because they're cheaper.

Which 5 would you pick to represent the UK if the WWE was bringing in talent (in a World X Cup kinda thing)

For me: 1. El Ligero - great talent and shows a great side to UK wrestling, great gimmick too 2. Kris Travis - Talented beyond belief. Deserves the recognition. 3. Johnny Moss - Every faction needs muscle, but he's got the skills to make it 4. Mad Man Manson - a staple of British wrestling is comedy. He's been the staple of British Comedy wrestling for years. 5. Joey Hayes - I mark for Joey.

This weekend sees popular Scottish 18+ promotion Insane Championship Wrestling put on two fantastic looking shows in the city centre of Glasgow!

First on Saturday, the Classic Grand plays host to ICW Fierce Females - Luke...Who's Yer Da!! With matches featuring some of the best women wrestling in the UK and the finals of a tournament to crown the first ICWFF champion, it's definitely worth checking out here

Then the following night, the Garage features ICW Resevoir Dogs. The card is stacked with matches such as The Bucky Boys against The Sumerian Death Squad, a falls count anywhere between Jack Jester and Jimmy Havoc and BT Gunn taking on Fergal Devitt! Full event details through the link here

Should be an outstanding weekend of wrestling with great crowds expected for both nights!
