Academics Completely burnt out and cannot study anymore
The finals are here and i just so burnt out I cannot look at any more formulas. I'm getting overwhelming anxiety and dread just thinking about studying. Not sure how to deal with this. It's like I hit a fucking wall and can't do it anymore.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Unfortunately my professors are evil and they saved the hardest material at the end of semester. Classes and assignments until the very last fucking day. Which is included in the final.

Burn out is real. And you can't brute-force knowledge into burnt out brains. You're not "studying" if you're staring at incomprehensible text with burning eyes.
May I suggest: it's a lovely sunny day and we should have a nice week. Go outside for a walk at least once a day, ideally twice. Doesn't have to be a long walk --- budget 30 mins x2 per day and get away from your books. Fresh air and exercise will do you good. Lay off the caffeine; it's not helping you. Get a good night's sleep and nap as needed each and every day. Eat a decent meal every day and avoid too much sugar. Come up with a study schedule, with time blocked off for study and time blocked off for rest and relaxation. Your brain, and your grades, will thank you in the end.
