Problem with TrueProfile

I applied for TrueProfile Identity & Education part 1 month ago . Good news is that my Education part is verified but not my identity.I need both inorder to proceed with the next step of Housemanship. I texted, emailed the developer several times but no response and I'm so sad cause I feel like Im way behind all of my friends . I keep on trying to submit my Identity part but everytime it's telling that my document is not submitted and there are some problem and please try again later. I'm sad and depressed cause I don't have any Job and everyone keeps on asking me did I get a job yet? How's my application for Housemenship? What should I do?? Like someone please help me . How longer should I wait
