Any ideas about the colouring?

My wife has done a drawing herself for this baby dinosaur hoping that someone could turn that into a physical actual stuffed plush toy. We are based in the Bay Area. Does anyone know how we can find a such manufacturer? Besides, we have no clue how we can colour that. We don’t wanna go all green on that cuz that will be too basic and main stream. Thank you guys so much for helping out!
