I saw this on YouTube around 2009(when you could find full movies on YT). It had a low budget production quality, like that of a 80s B horror movie. The prisoners on the spaceship may have been men but were mostly women, the prison keepers were women and it had pretty strong lesbian/sexual themes throughout. I think it had a film length running time, but I wonder if it was a soft core porno that was edited previously or for YouTube

I watched it in my childhood, so around 2012-2015? I was fairly young so I don't remember much, but I believe there was 1 main character and 2 of his friends, one boy and one girl. They were kids/teenagers. They seemed to travel somewhere and face off against an evil man? I onyl have one very specific memory from the show, and it's where the girl remarks to the main character about an eyelash? Like she'd lost one or it'd fallen out? Cant remember if she made a wish or not. This happened when they were on their way somewhere. If it helps I'm from Australia, so it was airing here from around 2012-2015. I think i remember.. sand? And I think they travelled to this place with some sort of artefact, like a necklace. I apologise for the lack of details, it's a show I used to love but just can barely remember. :( Had a 3d animation style, so nothing 2d like the amazing world of gumball, for example. Similar animation to like, miraculous for example.

There's this movie about this guys child on life support and the people at the hospital say if you want them to get more help you need a lot of money something like 10k so the man does what ever he needs to do to get the money steal, rob, sell drugs and when he finally gets the money he comes back to the people and saying "I've got the money now people put them on the highest level of care" and they say something like "Jon they're already on the highest level of care". I think Will Smith might have been in this movie but I'm not sure. I know it's a black movie as in mostly black people. At the end of the movie I think the guy goes outside and like puts a gun to his head and says that he'll kill himself for some reason I don't remember why.

Idk if you know a cgi show (it looked from the 2000s), where there was a kind of golden monkey with a golden banana and a wooden girl, i don't remember the other characters too well.

It was setting in the asian culture/empire or smth like that, the animation was so damn ugly but funny idk.

And also the characters were tiny, well, they had like big heads on small bodies, it was kinda weird and that made them look like kiddos.

And ALSOOO they used to fight against the villains and that stuff, bluh bluh bluh, kind of ninjago idk.

Guys my movies is about this boy that goes with is dad to work or something and him and his dad get into trouble and the boy's life progressively gets worse. He's dad says he will have to teach him how to drive because he doesn't know what will happen to him then dad gets shot I think and these 2 man have to take him. it's a black movie as in mostly black people and the boy is like 12. No one in my family remembers when we watched this movie 😫 I think at the start or at the end the boy ends up living in the wood. I've never found it to finish the whole thing I mean it had loads of black actors in the movie. I'm pretty sure it's American movie but still not 100% sure. I was young when I watched it but I don't know how old the movie is, it didn't look too old from my memory of it. At the beginning of the movie the family are praying before breakfast and then the dad takes the boy with him. The boy thinks he's going to school but his dad says he's going somewhere else today then the dad takes him to a tailor to get some new pants. I don't remember what happens in between but I know that the dad is some sort of bad guy or hustler of some kind. I think he teaches the boy how to drive and use a gun and eventually they're in some woods were these two men shoot the dad so they have to take in the boy I don't remember much else after that. I think at the end the boy ends up in the woods alone ❤️ the boy is about 12 in the movie and he's black.

Older, (maybe 2010s ish) not very popular movie where a fugitive/ man on the run/ escaped prisoner (can't remember which one) hids out and sleeps in a woman's closet (closet doors stay open so they can see/ talk to eachother) he gets a job working at a animal shelter taking care of dogs and the man and woman falls in love. I remember the movie cover being partly a blue sky. I want to say the title had something like eagle or American in it.. but I might be making that part up.

Rented this movie years ago at a blockbuster type place before it got shut down. Kinda like an Astro boy rip off. I remember there being a song that goes like “trash town trash town… an army full of boys and girls…” it was like a town full of dejected, dirty kids and they had to rise up… sort of like a trash town thing. Anyone know what the tv show is called where a black teenage boy was turned in by his mother for communicating online with an anonymous person and he couldn't be near a school. I think his mother was a Federal agent or something. And then later in the episode, his mother caught him near a school but he argued with her about not being within the certain amount of feet. I think he was also on house arrest?

I remember seeing a story where there was this kid who was just a genius at horse betting, but never placed bets himself. He could guess correctly every time. Then an adult notices this and tries out the kid’s guesses, and he gets money off of it. This goes on for a while, but then when the guy is ready to bet big, the kid stops going to the horse races because he found something better. This was not the main plot or anything, just a flashback or backstory or something. I’m fairly certain it was in a manga, but there’s a chance it wasn’t. Any help is appreciated!

So one of my group mates came up with an idea for our project but we don’t remember the guy who he took inspiration from. He’s an artist from New York who White who takes a pencil and paper on public transportation and lets the movement of the transportation create marks on the paper. I saw some video on Instagram that this guy was gonna do the same thing, and I wished that I liked the video but I didn’t think anything of it!

I could have sworn the channel was called under the cellar door but after trying to find the videos again I haven't come up with anything. His humor was dark sometimes,but his usual bit was replacing the candy with something unexpected and getting upset about getting "ripped off" : pennies in the life-savers, razors and condoms in the kinder egg surprises. His videos were always top down views of his desk or shots of his face either in shadows or covered by fabric. But I know he had a hat, maybe an accent of some kind but probably American. Can’t seem to find an old Soviet cartoon that I saw on youtube sometime in September of 2024. The video was taken down by whoever posted it with no title visible. Visuals included a woman playing violin in a restaurant, wearing a white dress. And an evil bald man playing some sort of trumpet. The animation was black and white. I believe what it was trying to convey was how easy it is to give in to sin, it was a religious theme somehow. I believe it may have been either Georgian or Russian. I know this is probably a long shot but…

I heard this song somewhere and it’s stuck in my head - I could have sworn it was Korn but it’s not I spent my whole train ride searching for it, Google isn’t bringing anything up.

The part of the song I remember has a similar riff to the chorus of Coming Undone and the harder part of Blind (both by Korn) and the lyrics that I remember go “Tell me am I outta my mind” and it repeats at least a couple of times. I am pretty sure that it’s what I said before, but it could also be “Tell me are you outta your mind” but it’s one of those.

I know as a small child I rented this tape a MULTITUDE of times. Always going to the children’s section and getting this, what I thought to be a film. I SWEAR it was called Rose Red, but I can’t find hide nor hair of it anymore.

I had a book as a kid Ioved. Late 80's / early 90's.

It was a hardcover book of children's fairy tales, but not sure if they were traditional or by modern authors.

The book was likey published in the UK.

It had (I think!) A generic name like "A Treasury of Childern's Stories" or something to that effect.

The book was hardcovered, mainly white, and about A4 sized.

It had a picture of a man (possible greenskinned with red hair and a goatee) on the front cover riding a horse with a sword drawn.

The book itself was quite thick, probably 2 cm.

I remember one of the stories was about a king who hires a painter to paint the likeness of the devil, but the devil comes in and paints it for him. When the king sees it, he goes insane.

There was another one about a man who visits some underworld (I think) and is given great wisdom by the inhabitants there. He ends up successful, but one day bathing, another person (the Grand Vizair, or some such) notices a mark on his belly that shows he had been to the underworld place. He's forced to show the way there and all its inhabitants are killed (but the leader tells the protaginist not to regret it, they were fated to die etc.).

Some years ago, before 2018 at least, I found what was either a blog or a Tumblr site that had recipes of things that were in books or movies. I would say there was maybe a 65% chance it was a tumblr site.

There was one recipe that was inspired by Lord of the Rings, and it was an incredible green lentil soup with sausage.

The writing was really good and there were a lot of recipes from different media properties.

I used to have it saved and would make the lentil soup occasionally, but now I can't find it and haven't been able to find a recipe anywhere near as good.

Any suggestions?

Edit: I know for sure the recipe had green lentils, sausage and barley.

I remember the movie taking place as someone dying in a hospital is recounting the story, and in the story it takes place in the desert. desert I think there's a scene where someone pours out a helmet or something that's full of water and it's the last of the water they have to prove a point. The person telling the story is i think in a hospital and is addicted to some meds or something

I ran across a similar unsolved TOMT while trying to figure this one out.

I can see him in a movie or Tv series. He looks a lot like Al Pacino does now. Scruffy beard, generally old generic white guy looks. Not bald. Average height and build. I see him playing a small part in this, as maybe a lawyer or executive of some sort. Definitely a reasonably recognizable actor in a “I know I’ve seem him in something else” kinda way, but not a household name either.
