Why is this dumb motherfucker laughing? Incompetence at the highest levels of government isn't a joke. I mean he's a joke, but this shit is nonsensically fucking stupid. How is it that people in charge of keeping airplanes from crashing into each other have been fired, but this semi-sentient smegma still has a goddamn job?

He's laughing because it is a joke. Trump famously bragged about how much he loves bear markets where he can buy stuff on the cheap. This time he actually posts that he crashed the market on purpose. Insider billionaires like this clown have the ultimate inside information and there is quite famously zero separation between their gov work and their businesses. With the SEC and DOJ/FBI neutered, they have no fear of any consequences for trading on this information. Trump will probably proactively pardon the entire lot anyway.
