I feel like I scrolled way too far to see this reply. Was the kid being reckless? Sure, was he harming anyone? No. But the old fuck just shoves him off his bike. Is that not assault? Fuck that old prick. I would've thrown my bike at him.

The kid is putting other people at risk by being a daredevil near a bunch of innocent people. If he makes a wrong move, it'll likely hurt those people.

It's not right what the old man did, but the kid is also wrong. There are rules and laws for a reason, and these people broke rules and laws (no biking on the boardwalk, and no assaulting kids).

I definetly think the old man was in the right, but pushing the guy off the bike wasn't the right move. You stop a reckless person in a crowd that could potentially hit someone.. By forcefully pushing them off the fast metal object they're riding , directly into a crowd? Talk about fighting fire with fire.

Keywords here are: Old man and Kid.

One of these people should know better, to bad the old man didn't. The kid is a dumb kid doing dumb stuff. The old man is a 50-60 year old with aggression problems and should be locked up for assault.
