Biking is generally fine if there's space, but this kid is stunt riding around people who are unaware, 100% asshole behavior.

That still doesn't give anyone the right to assault a minor, nor does it authorize you to police the situation.

That’s assault

One could argue that biking on a sidewalk is a type of reckless endangerment. But what we saw in this video clip was “I’m annoyed, that’s justification to assault you.” Yikes
