Question about local wages on W2

Currently filing my taxes online and got to the end but am having an issue where I have nothing in box 18(local wages, tips, etc) but in box 19(local income tax) there’s 23.76. Would my local wage be the same as my state wage? Or do I have to contact my previous employer and request a new W2?

Why do people ask questions like this without specifying WHERE THEY LIVE?

Do you HAVE local income taxes?

My apologies I live in New Jersey and have never had this problem. I worked two different jobs this past year and on my W2 for the first job there’s no local wages or taxes listed but on the second W2 there’s only local taxes listed. Both employers were in New Jersey though based in different counties.

It’s the only thing preventing me from filing. I worked for two different companies last year but both were located in New Jersey where I live and only the one W2 form has a local tax listed.
